Our Lotus Ocean Urn offers a unique and heartfelt farewell for your loved one. The lotus flower symbolises beauty, purity, honesty, rebirth, self-regeneration, and enlightenment. It is completely biodegradable and suitable for placing ashes at sea. The inner containment bag breaks down entirely in water. The urn, finished in Mulberry paper, features a soft, speckled effect. The lid is secured with unbleached natural raffia.
This urn can hold the ashes of one adult. Sea burial of cremation ashes has become increasingly popular. Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather, families are opting for urns like this one, which can be placed in the water to prevent ashes from blowing away in the wind.
Please note: The sea burial must take place in very deep water. It is not suitable for shorelines, creeks, or dams.
